Take route D955 direction Castellane.

Trigance is a beautitul medieval village surrounded by ramparts formed by the thick outside walls of the houses.
The fortified castle overlooks the village.

There are ancient houses, vaulted passages,decorated lintels, stepped streets and old signs.

Trigance is a perfect starting point for visiting the canyons of Verdon .This is a typical village of Haute Provence, looking out over the valley af Jabron and surrounded by fragrant hills. 

These lovely aromas, the invigorating air and a special light give this area a distinctive charm.  Nature lovers can walk along the Sentier Botanique (botanical paths) and discover the local flora and the last active flour mill in Provence.

There is a feeling of authenticity everywhere.
