At the very top of a rocky hill this l 2th century village looks down upan the whole valley. It is reputed to be one of the most beautiful views in France.
The site is classified, and offers the visitor an exciting tour of medieval times from the castle towering above with its walls and tours, to the tiny streets and ancient chapels.
Not to be missed is the romanesque church of St. Nicolas.
