- The main objective of thermal resorts is to use the beneficial effects of spring water to cure or relieve a pathology. The course of treatment comprises a series of hydrotherapy treatments (whirlpool bath or hydromassage bath, jet shower, wraps, massages, etc.) using the medicinal properties of spring water to treat certain respiratory and rheumatological diseases.

In parallel to therapeutic treatments, certain thermal resorts have developed fitness centres for people who are not suffering from any particular pathology but have different motivations: fitness, anti-stress, slimming, post-natal, etc…

-There are 3 thermal bath resorts in the region, located at the feet of mountains rather than on the coast.
You can combine a cure and eco-tourism, rest and pure air.
