 There are 11 thalassotherapy centres in the Provence
Alpes Côte d'Azur region, all located of course
in seaside towns and cities.
You can combine fitness, well-being and seaside tourism with all the other pleasures of the coast and beach.

Thalassotherapy is a combination of hydrotherapy treatments (whirlpool bath or hydromassage bath, jet shower, etc.) associating the benefits of sea water and marine products with massages (seaweed wraps or marine mud wraps, massages and affusion modelage, etc...)
-Thalasso centres offer packages for a week, week-end or a day, for fitness and well-being holidays, courses of treatment to combat stress, for slimming, post-natal care, etc…...
- The treatments are usually applied during a half-day and each session comprises 4 or 5 different treatments, depending on the course of treatment and the centre.
 The treatments :
- individual marine hydrotherapy treatments :
seaweed wraps or marine mud wraps, hydromassage or whirlpool baths, jet shower, hydrojet, massage under sea water ramp (affusion modelage), etc...
- “dry” individual treatments :
massage with essential oils, pressotherapy, hydrojet, plantar reflexology, cryotherapy, etc…...

collective treatments in pools or rooms:
stretching, aquagym, underwater jet, balneo-physiotheraphy, back gym, sophro-relaxation, etc...
- personalised treatments with additions :
complete massage, shiatsu, lymphatic draining, body and face beauty care, anti-cellulite treatments, etc...
