
Since 1993, this famous
appellation covers an area from Brignoles (in the centre of the Var) until Saint-Maximin (to the west) up to the foothills of the Sainte-Baume.
Divided into 28 districts, "les coteaux varois" takes in a territory of 1700
hectares and produces 55% of rosés, 40 % of reds and 5 % of whites.
The wine is well-balanced, fresh and is enjoying a growing success.
