Wander around the beautiful streets of the village paved in local stone and you'll discover some of the magnificent residences with their doorways dating back to the XI° and XVII° centuries.

The rows of narrow streets will take you through medieval covered passageways and then into charming little squares with their ancient drinking fountains. The whole of the village is adorned with giant plants and mediterranean flowers which give classy feel to the ancient stones of the village.

Especially in summer a multitude of seasonal events are organized ranging from musical evenings to the cherry festival, art exhibitions to the famous slug procession ... slug procession you say! yes but don't be alarmed you won't find any real slugs, just empty snail shells garnished with a flame...!
