Cantaron

Population : 1.266 h. Altitude : 100 m. Area : 738 ha

Department of the Alpes Maritimes.

Between Contes (7km) and Nice (11Km) via the D2204.

Situated in the Paillon valley, Cantaron is a small village formed of several hamlets scattered along the confluences of the Escarène.

The ancient part of the village is interesting to visit, together with the settlements of Cognas, Bordinas and Bégude.

For an excellent view of the valley, it is necessary to climb until the "Saut de Millo" hamlet...
