Once upon a time, between the Grand Luberon Mountain and the Durance river, there was a little village called ANSOUIS. It survives and thrives today with its old stone houses in a picture book glory. Above the village, an imposing castle commands the countryside and protects the village. It has been inhabited by the "Sabran Ponteves family " for 9 centuries.. Is there a Princesse or Prince still living there?..... You will find out by visiting the Castle. Down below in the village, in a garden with almond trees, is a place, which in French, has been called "Les Amandiers", This is the name given to a welcoming gite, wich is waiting to receive you and to provide restful comfort.. |

Ansouis is located in the Lubéron Natural Regional Parc. It is about 30 minutes by car from Aix en Provence,1 hour from Avignon, 1 hour from Méditerranean sea, 2 hours from the French Alps. |

It consist of a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, completed with a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen corner. The gite faces southand open onto a large garden. Bedroom = 2 join beds 1m / Livingroom = 1 convertible sofa TV / Washing machine / All linen provided. |
