chre with green shutters the house can accommodate five persons, with :

• on the ground floor a large living room,with a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hot plate and fridge) a bathroom (with a bath) and toilets. In a corner behind a folding screen a bed (160 x 200).
• on the first floor one bedroom ( with bunk beds and a single bed), and toilets (the surface area is 70m²).
• The terrace with views over the vine yards has a shady summer kitchen with barbecue.
