They cultivate the famous
Bandol wines
(Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault)
and produce red,
rosé and white wine according to the strictest wine-growing traditions.

The red, solid, characteristic
well-built, typified by the "Roi" Mourvèdre, is at its best after
a decade or so.
It is quite subtle when served with meat but will bring out the flavour
of game dishes wonderfully.

The rose, produced by
direct pressing, with a pale robe,
is fruity and flexible,
even though it is a dry wine
It is perfectly suitable
for light meals,
grilled fish dishes,
Asian cuisine.

The white, produced from
Clairette and Ugni vines,
is wonderful served as an aperitif and its fresh fruitness is well-suited to seafood and fish dishes.
